Coaching is a guide for professional self-reflection. Speed coaching is a special form of solution focussed short-term coaching. It is especially suitable for individual topics or questions that the person being coached has already reflected on for some time.

A speed coaching session lasts only 20 minutes and ends with a to-do-list, in order that the person being coached continues to work on his/her path to reach a solution.
